In high season the campsite is busy with families with small childeren of different nationalities. The special thing about this campsite is the beautiful organisation of the site, like a parc. In season this creates a lovely green environment for the guests. Outside the camping season the site has the character of a garden, which makes it a pleasant spot to live. It does not feel like living on a campsite all year round!
In recent years a great deal of investments have been made in an effective international marketing (website, guides). The current owners have concentrated on July and August. Nearly the total sales are made in that period of time, mainly from renting pitches and accommodations. Increasing the sales is very well possible by lengthing the season and developing the catering activities. A number of important installations (sanitary, swimming pool) has been renovated in recent years.

The campsite can well be run by a couple (if necessary with the help of a seasonal worker.)
